Development Finance

Development finance can be used by property developers to fund a wide variety of building projects. It is different from a bridging loan in that the lender can advance up to 70% to purchase the site and up to 100% towards the construction costs.

The construction costs are advanced in stages over the duration of the project. Most lenders work closely with the developer in order to maximize the potential profits form the project.
